Delroy "Fada Bull" Blake learned to cook at his mother's side in Jamaica, trained for 15 years in New York, and brought it all to South Florida in 2011. Four locations and two major awards later, this is what real Jamaican food tastes like.

In 2011, Delroy and his wife Shernett opened Bull Top Taste with one mission: the most authentic Jamaican food in Florida. She brought the business backbone; he brought the recipes.
